Update 4/5/24 Tim restarted our irrigation for the year, after the winter season. Tim has been our go-to-sprinkler-irrigation-guy for 2 1/2 years. We literally wouldn’t use anyone else! He always carefully checks each sprinkler head to make sure they are not broken (changes out the ones that are) and makes sure they’re flowing properly. Tim is a great guy, a hard worker, and a huge asset to the company. They are very fortunate to have him and all of his years experience and dedication! Thank you, again, Tim! 🤗Tim (senior tech/installer/irrigation repairs) came out today to replace our Rain Bird irrigation controller with a Hunter HydraWise controller plus a wireless rain sensor. We have installed the Hunter HydraWise system in several other homes and we LOVE it! You can completely control the irrigation system from the app on your phone. It’s incredible! Especially, if you have a second home, as this is for us. Our main home is across the country. Tim was awesome. He is highly experienced and a hard worker. The rates were MUCH less than Teppe. And, their customer service was fantastic! Another reason for NOT using Teppe. We tried for over 6 weeks to get the diagnostic review of our irrigation system from Teppe!!! I won’t continue here (on this review) with regards to my nightmare experience of dealing with Teppe… but, I will NEVER EVER use them (Teppe) again!!! 😡My husband found TriState Water Works from a Google search and we’re elated to have TriState Water Works as our new irrigation company to go to for any, and all, future needs!Tim performed a thorough evaluation of our entire irrigation system and repaired, or had to replace, a total of 19 damaged (or leaking) irrigation heads! And, repaired one drip irrigation line. We bought our home a year ago. This is the first, true and complete, analysis of our irrigation system. We have one area in our 1+ acre lot which, strangely, has no Irrigation at all. We will get a bid from this company to install irrigation in that area. Rebecca, operations manager, answers the phone, handles scheduling, is very knowledgeable. We HIGHLY recommend TriState Water Works!UPDATE: 8/29/22Tim and Drew installed a Hunter Flo meter which detects water consumption and leaks within the irrigation system.11/9/22 Tim winterized our irrigation system.UPDATE: 4/19/23Tim was here for the spring start up of our irrigation system. He thoroughly checked the system and had to replace two old sprinkler heads. He goes through the entire system to make sure everything is operating properly and the sprinkler heads are moving in the directions that they should be. He’s always on time, very thorough, friendly, professional, and efficient. We sure appreciate him. He texts the day before a service call to let us know a timeframe for his arrival.😊

We've worked with TriState for probably 10 years and they've been fantastic. Knowledgeable, high quality, just good people. We appreciate them even more because we'd had some really poor experiences with a few other irrigation firms that were undependable or poor quality work. Every person at TriState really wants us to be happy customers. They go above and beyond. Last year, we needed extensive rework in our backyard because some lines were destroyed during another company's drainage repairs. TriState's owner, Sean, made special trips to work with the other company to sequence and coordinate the reinstall, even on his days off. The team actually made the whole system better than it was before. Every person on the team is knowledgeable and cares. This is not the case with the other companies we used to use. Highly recommend.

I manage a house and two offices for a Cincinnati company. At some point, I think I've worked with everyone at TriState Water Works. I don't have a negative thing to say about any of the employees or the owner Sean. They're always friendly, positive, prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. TriState handles my irrigation for the two offices and a massive lighting system for the house. Rebecca, in the office, is always on the ball and reaching out to schedule my startups and winterizations before I'm even thinking about it. Those always go smoothly. TriState installed our landscape lighting system and, while it hasn't always worked perfectly (did I mention it's massive and the electric is the yard is a nightmare to boot), Eric stays on top of any repairs and adjustments and gets things back on track. I appreciate all the time and concern he spends on the lighting.One last thing that always impresses me is how well all of the employees speak of Sean and vice versa. I think happy employees lead to happy customers. It's definitely been my experience.
