These guys are rock stars!!! Incredibly responsive, sent an email, head back within an hour. Scheduled me for a service with a week! All the other clowns just jerked me around..."You know it springtime, right?", We're really busy, we'll have to call you back", never to be heard from again! Or we need to come out and give you an estimate first, that will take 3 weeks. Only to show and say they can't do it. T
These guys are all business! Derek showed up with a truck stacked full of parts. Super friendly, but he hit the ground running. Fix all the issues, including a new backflow preventer in a couple hours all at a fair price. Don't screw around with all the other guys/companies that act like their sh*t doesn't stink...These guys are the real deal! If you don't call them FIRST, you deserve what you get! I know!...To TriState, don't forget how you got there! It's the customer...with service like this you are the #1 irrigation company bar none!! As they say, if your business isn't growing, it's dying...One new customer for TriState!!!

Fantastic Service. From scheduling the appointment to the service call itself, everyone was extremely helpful. Tim arrived on time, was extremely kind and professional. This is my first sprinkler system and he answered all of my questions in complete detail to make sure I understood everything that was being done. I highly recommend Tri State Waterworks. We have used TriState Water Works since 2017. They’ve done all of our irrigation maintenance. Historically, Tim has done most of the work, but this time Chad came out to do our spring start up. Tim always took his time and made sure the start up went well. Chad did exactly the same thing. Chad went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied with some changes being made to coverage in the various zones.

Customer service is second to none ... top notch! Newly built home and having multiple issues with the irrigation system from day one and getting poor support and response from the builder and the company that installed the system. We switched to TriState Water Works last year along with a few of our neighbors and we all have glowing comments and appreciation for the tech team and all the staff that have helped us. We all have had the same issues. Poorly installed equipment was the root cause.

Chad P. from TriState water Works completed my sprinkler system tuneup and repairs this morning. He did a wonderful job. Three heads needed replacing, a couple others needed adjusting. He was efficient and everything was running well at the end. He cleaned everything up after all was done. I will definitely request his service in the future.

I have been a customer of TriState Water Works for probably ten years or so. Back at that time I had worked my way through three other irrigation servicers looking for a reliable solution. Worked initially with the owner Sean and was sold on his caring attitude. This attitude is evident in his employees. Have worked with Tim for several years now and always receive the quality work I expect along with his knowledgeable judgement in improving my irrigation system. I never feel trepidation about the irrigation system now and know that TriState will be there to work through any issue. Definitely 5/5 star rating.
