For instance, if you have a one-inch residential valve that needs to be repaired, all technicians will charge the same price for doing the work.

Occasionally, there will be times when we cannot give you the repair cost until we have performed a diagnosis of the situation to determine the best repair solution. Diagnosis work can be involved and time-consuming, depending on the complexity of the problem. We do bill for our expert diagnosis.

I used TriState Water Works to repair my system after it was damaged when I had to replace a downspout drain pipe. When I say damaged it was a mess. Broken main line, two sprinkler lines and the electrical wiring. They sent Tyler to repair it and he was extremely professional. Everything worked fine the first time and he left the job site so that you could barely know he was there. I’m not big on giving reviews but you definitely should call TriState if you are experiencing issues with your sprinkler system.
